Pipes SAWH - DPM Industry

We offer spiral welded steel pipes (SAWH) in diameters from DN 300 to DN 1800 made of normalized and thermomechanically rolled steel. Additionally, for a specific order, we offer pipes made of special, unalloyed, low-alloy and calmed steel. The production method of spirally welded pipes allows for their production in large quantities in a relatively short time. They are subjected to destructive testing, such as ultrasonic or radiological testing, as well as a hydraulic leakage test. SAWH pipes are successfully used as line pipes. However, they are not used for the production of inductively bent arcs. If the project requires the use of bends, we make it from SMLS or SAWL pipes.

The offered goods come from producers from the European Union. The aforementioned manufacturers operate in accordance with the implemented ISO 9001 quality management system. Our goods meet the requirements of the PED 2014/68 / EU pressure directive, have a construction mark and other approvals required on the Polish market. The pipes are delivered with the acceptance certificate 3.1 or 3.2 according to EN 10204, depending on the customer's needs. SAWH pipes are made in accordance with the requirements of:
