Cold Bends

We produce cold bent bends from DN80 to DN1000 in diameter with a radius from 20D to 50D from SMLS, SAWL, SAWH, HFI, HFW insulated steel pipes. We perform cold bending from both entrusted and our own pipes. Due to the fact that we supply two cold bending machines, we offer our clients competitive lead times. Cold-formed bends with large radii are bent in accordance with the PN-EN 1594 standard, which suggests the following minimum bend radii for appropriate diameters, i.e .:

20DN for diameters <= DN200
30DN for diameters in the range> DN200; <DN400
40DN for diameters> = DN400

In addition to bends with large bending radii, we also have the option of making cold bent bends for diameters DN50-DN100 with a radius of 5D from non-insulated pipes in accordance with PN-EN 13480.
